Although Odessa College may remove a student from a course(s) due to non-payment, the student must make certain they are not enrolled if they no longer wish to attend. If the student remains enrolled it will be the students' responsibility to cover tuition. A hold will be placed on the account, preventing future enrollment.
Financial Aid Students
Students receiving financial aid should ensure their award will be sufficient to cover the amount of their tuition. Any student receiving partial aid or a scholarship award must pay the difference before the first day of class or take out a payment plan. Financial aid question should be directed to the Financial Aid office or you may visit the Wrangler Express Center.
Methods of Payment:
Option 1: Full payment of all tuition and fees can be made by cash, check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express. Payments can be made online (WebAdvisor) or visit our Wrangler Express Center.
Option 2: Payment Plan.
Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan:
- Go to www.odessa.edu
- Click on WebAdvisor (Register/Pay)
- Select LOGIN tab at top
- Enter your User ID and Password
- Select STUDENTS tab at left
- Select PAYMENT PLANS - FALL under STUDENT ACCOUNT CENTER
Students may view their tuition balance by logging onto their WebAdvisor.

Payment of Tuition and Fees:
Payment of tuition is due by established payment dates for student who pre-register for classes. Payment is due at the time of enrollment for students who register during periods of open registration and late registrations day. A return check fee will be added for all checks returned unpaid. Odessa College reserves the right to require payment in cash from individuals with a history of returned checks and all college records may be withheld.
