The OC Human Resources Office exists to provide comprehensive and timely information and service regarding personnel, payroll, insurance and related matters to college employees and the public as appropriate. This will be done in a professional manner with emphasis upon accuracy and efficiency.
Odessa
College does not accept applications or resumes for
unadvertised positions, nor can the College provide
funds to assist with travel expenses incurred for
candidates invited for interviews. Any candidate requiring
physical accommodations during an employment interview
may call the HR office at 432-335-6743 to make arrangements.
Selective Service Requirements
HB
558, passed by the 76th Legislature, requires that
male U.S. citizens, regardless of where they live,
and male immigrant aliens residing in the U.S. are
required to be registered with Selective Service if
they are at least 18 years old but are not yet 26
years old. Persons subject to this law must present
proof of compliance or exemption from registration
with Federal Selective Service System law in order
to be eligible for employment.
