Instructors in the program have years of professional experience.

Steve Goff, the program chairman, has received both the Mid-American Arts Alliance/National Endowment for the Arts Grant and the Ohio Aid to Individual artists Grant. He regularly attends classes to keep current with the trends in the photography field, and he has extensive national and international exhibition lists.

Other professionals are employed as adjunct instructors, and widely-recognized specialists are often brought to campus as guest lecturers.
