NOTE: E-mail accounts will be active 12-24 hours after registration for the current semester.  As we work to improve emails services, we expect to shorten the time needed to make accounts available sooner.

Username and Password

1. Username = initials of your first & last name followed by your OC ID number without the leading zeros.
   
   Example: Name: John Doe & student ID is 00123456 then your username = jd123456.
   
   See here for your student ID, click "Prospective Students" & choose "What's my User ID"?
   
   
2. Your Password: is the UPPER CASE then lower case characters "OCoc" plus the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
   
   Example: SSN = 123-45-6789, password = OCoc6789
   
   
   
   
3. Once you have successfully logged in, please change your password.

And more. As Google develops new tools, Odessa College and Google will collaborate to bring them to you.
