Odessa College has released the following statement in response to the announcement that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will end:
Odessa College serves a diverse group of students who are working toward a better life for themselves and their families. We are honored to be the college of choice for many immigrant and international students. While the September 5th announcement rescinding the DACA program may lead to anxious and uncertain times, please know that ALL students will remain our top priority. We know that supporting ALL students strengthens our community.
Odessa College has created this webpage that will include DACA news, information, resources, etc. This site will be used to communicate further details on DACA as they become available.
Best wishes for a successful semester.
