Long-time OC staff member Leonel Loya receives Congressional Recognition
Odessa College Director of Facilities and Contracts Leonel Loya was presented with a Congressional Recognition award from U.S. Representative August Pfluger on November 20 at a Congressional Town Hall Meeting in the Odessa College Saulsbury Campus Center.
Loya was recognized for his 41 years of dedicated service to Odessa College, making him the longest-employed staff member on campus. After presenting Loya with the award, Pfluger commented, “Leonel makes OC and our community a better place.”
