Odessa College Photography faculty Steve Goff and Beckwith Thompson and OC photography student Fran Sherpa have work accepted in, Illuminance 2017 - at the Buddy Holly Center in Lubbock, TX.
Beckwith Thompson had four photographic works accepted in the exhibition and won the Best of Show Award and an Honorable Mention Award. Steve Goff and Fran Sherpa each had three works accepted. Juror Brent Erickson selected 26 artists and a total of 60 images for the exhibition, Illuminance 2017, which opens Friday, June 2 during Lubbock's First Friday Art Trail Exhibitions.
The exhibition closes on July 22 with a reception, award presentation, and a Gallery Talk by juror Brent Erickson. Beckwith, Steve, and Fran plan to attend the closing reception.
