Odessa College is excited to announce the OC Promise program to our community. This program will ensure that a college education is a reality and funding is not a barrier for students who choose Odessa College.
The OC Promise is a last-dollar-in scholarship opportunity that covers the cost of tuition and fees for the eligible class of 2024 high school graduates.
Eligible students for the program will be high school seniors who live in the Odessa College Service area and who will graduate in the Class of 2024. GED and home school students must be between the ages of 17-19 years of age after 2024.
Eligible students also must be enrolled full-time in an associate degree or workforce certificate pathway.
