SkillsUSA allows students to test their knowledge and compete in the 2020 Restaurant Service Contest.
Students competed to be the best in the SkillsUSA Restaurant Service Contest. The competition is designed to give culinary students an insight into industry standards.
Students were judged on three different technical components: Napkin folds, table-side service, and service. The contestants were also judged on personal appearance and their tableside manner to engage with guests.
