This form is to be submitted only if the student has a complete GI Bill® file at Odessa College and is approved to use education benefits. Students who have registered or dropped courses on their own or with another advisor are required to fill out the form below to notify the OC Veterans Affairs Coordinator. Students who do not wish use benefits are not required to submit this form. If the student registered with the OC Veterans Affairs Coordinator or has notified the coordinator of their enrollment, the form submission is not needed.
